Great piece of technology, indeed!! I wonder if this is already commercially available in the Philippines.
on the human side, Great! technology can increment the ease with which we lead our lives, and reduce suffeign on the surface. But from what Buddhists call the "lokuttara" side (otherworldy side), the attachment to ever increasing technology and material comfort is actually the cause of great suffering and confusion in the long run. The more we are fixed on the exterior phenomaena and less interest on the subtle ongoings on our interior psyche, the less peace and self knowledge is present. Few people indeed are capable of loking ionside and perceiving the causes of non-physical inner phenomaena (such as anger, avarice, and fascination), where they come from, their nature and the effects they bring upon us. This can only be attained through vipassana mindfulness and meditation. Technology actually serves to increse our focus on exterior phenomaena and miss out on the amazing and intricate inner workings of the human heart and psyche. Peace and happiness does not come from seeking ever more exterior comforts, rather from recognizing the causes of suffering and working on creating the causes of future happiness and freedom from suffering.
That's really clever! I'll probably get one of thiose if I ever see one in the future. Probably pretty expensive though...
Cool commentary. I like the info you've been putting out lately!
It is a nice technology, having a telescope of 50x is sufficient enough to see stars in night. Hope this instrument comes to shop in a short time
